Aranmore Catholic College has long held a reputation as one of Western Australia’s most prestigious rugby schools and the school’s high quality rugby program is bearing fruit with three former students now playing for the Road Safety Western Force.

At the end of Term One the Year 9 Outdoor Education students headed to the sunny shores of Lancelin for a night sleeping under the stars and a day of surfing.

Aranmore Catholic College’s Girls’ Sevens team will travel to Japan in late April to take part in the Sanix World Rugby Youth Tournament as the only Australian school competing in the prestigious event.

Saturday 18 February saw a committed group of Year 10 – 12 students gather at school early in the morning to be transported to Leighton Beach.

Last Saturday evening saw the much anticipated event for our Senior students - the Ball. It was held in beach type setting at Rendezvous Hotel, Scarborough.

On Monday 6 February, the school celebrated Chinese New Year with a large group of Aranmore students from China, Vietnam and Malaysia.
