Congratulations to Langley Sesega and Kennedy Cherrington (Head Girl 2016) for being a part of the winning team, Youth Sevens at the recent Youth Commonwealth Games held in The Bahamas.

Both girls have worked hard to improve their fitness skills in the last four months leading up to the tournament and it has paid off. They have played incredibly and represented the College, themselves and the Country with respect and dignity.

Well done to all the girls involved in Youth Sevens. Women's Rugby has really taken off in recent years, with the Australian women's winning Gold at Rio 2016 Olympics.

The Aranmore girls program offers a range of opportunities in development of skills, game knowledge, strength and conditioning.

Langely and Kennedy are a true example that hard work and dedication pays off. Well done girls.
