Congratulations to all the students who have recently returned home from a very successful Rugby tour. The Rugby tour took place in the April school holidays, which included 26 players, 3 staff and 7 supporters. It was an amazing trip which took us to Rome, Florence, Venice, Dublin, Edinburgh and London. Over the 18 days some great memories were made. Some of the sites that the boys had the opportunity to visit included the Coliseum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, Statue of David, Duomo, Sisters of Mercy, Leinster Rugby Game (Sold out game of 60,000 people), Edinburgh Castle, St Andrews Golf Course, Loch Lomond, Buckingham Palace, London Eye, London Tower, Big Ben, Bricklane, Oxford St, The London Tube with 26 suitcases and many more.

In between these sites they also successfully played and won all five Rugby games. We thank Capitolina Rugby Club, Firenze Rugby Club, Wicklow Rugby Club, Madras Rugby Club and Bishop Stortford Rugby Club for hosting the boys for these games. The friendships and relationships that were created will be something these boys will remember for the rest of their lives. The laughs, the numbering off, the walking, the food, the injuries, the head-aches, the saints song, the awards, the room mates and many more memories.

We thank Mr Tanham and the executive for the opportunity to tour, all the players, parents and supporters and finally Mr Rodgers and Mrs Grace for their hard work before, during and after the tour. We hope the boys appreciate the opportunity they have been given and thank their parents for letting them travel.
