Enrolment Application Process

Download the Application for Admission package or visit our friendly staff in the Administration Office. Submit the completed application with all required documentation and the application fee either at the Administration Office, by post or by email.

When an application is received, an acknowledgement letter will be emailed to parents and guardians. If a position is available in the required year level, families will be invited to an interview.

Enrolment interviews are conducted by the Principal and all children seeking a place at Aranmore Catholic College are asked to attend the interview with their parents or guardians. Interviews are part of the enrolment process and are not an indication that an application has been successful.

Following this interview an Offer of Enrolment may be made for your child. Enrolments are prioritised in accordance with CEWA’s Enrolment Priorities. Click here to view this policy. If this offer is accepted by you, a non-refundable payment of $100 per child will be required. This payment will then be credited to your first fee statement. Signature(s) on the above forms are taken as acceptance of school policy, regulations, payment of fees and parental involvement.

The school accepts applications at any time throughout the year.

School fees are set with guidance from Catholic Education Western Australia and are endorsed by our School Advisory Council. View the current School Fee Schedule .

If a year group has no current places available and an application form is submitted, the application is added to the waitlist for the relevant year group.

Waitlisted applications are prioritised in accordance with CEWA’s Enrolment Priorities. If a place becomes available and can be offered, you will be contacted by phone.

Applications remain on the waitlist until a vacancy arises.

If there is a vacancy with no Catholic students on the waitlist, then applicants from other Christian denominations and non-Catholics will be considered for an interview.

If prospective families have not applied early for admission, please contact the College (9201 5200) to see if places are available as we may have added another class or families may have transferred for work or personal reasons.

The College will contact families at the start of Year 5 to book an interview with the Principal.

A Letter of Offer will be sent to successful applicants.

Families pay a deposit of $200 to accept and confirm their place at the school. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your school fees.

Families will be advised of the Year 7 Orientation Day, which is generally held in October/November, the year prior to commencing at the College (when the student is in Year 6).

Orientation for Year 8-12 students takes place following the submission of the Offer of Acceptance Form.
