Absentees
Please let our relevant campus administration know if your child will be absent from the College.
Primary
Primary parents can notify administration of their child’s absence via the Aranmore Catholic Primary School app or by phoning (08) 6318 7800.
Secondary
Please contact the College before 10am if your child is going to be absent from Secondary.
Contact can be made via College Reception after 8am on 9201 5200 by SMS text to 0481 883 696, or on SEQTA Engage. (Please refrain from directly messaging staff via SEQTA to report absences).
When informing the College of your child’s absence, please include the following information:
- Student’s full name
- Year Group
- Brief reason for absence (eg sick, appointment, personal reason)
- Duration of absence
- Your relationship to the student
