International Students

Campus Ministry is a team effort at Aranmore. As a team we work to compliment the Religious Education Department which focuses on teaching the students a knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith. In Campus ministry, our focus is giving the students a range of opportunities to respond to the knowledge about God, Jesus and the Catholic Church, which they have received in religious education classes.

Through class masses, the sacramental program, prayer services, para-liturgies and one to one meetings with students, the opportunities are available for the students to come experience the love of Jesus in their hearts and to respond to that love by choosing to allow Jesus into their lives. This choosing is the heart responding to God’s call for all people to come into a personal relationship with him.

Out of this love for God, students are encouraged to put their faith in action, by loving and serving others through our Christian service program. All students are given opportunities to serve God and others by completing many acts of service that are organised at the school.

Some of the opportunities available to the students are
Student Council
Peer Support
Young Vinnies
Amnesty International
Life Link
Project Compassion
Red Cross

Feel free to contact the Campus Minister Mr Chris Brennan regarding any of the above or if you have a question about Campus Ministry or the Catholic faith.
