Aranmore's Centenary celebrations began in earnest on May 27, with the commemoration of our Founders' Day. This exciting day began with a re-enactment of the Sisters of Mercy arriving by horse-drawn carriage at the original school site in Leederville.

Aranmore Catholic Primary School and Aranmore Catholic College combined to dramatically tell the story of the schools' journey through the century. The community then joined to celebrate Mass.

Throughout the day, the College celebrated in a carnival atmosphere of games and fun, ending with the cutting of the Centenary cake.
